Toxic Struggle Lock

Regulation M-B · Doubles · tacticien · 15 July 2026

Other

God forgive me. ## Team Play -> Leading M Gengar and Sableye most games to play for Disable + Encore + Shadowtag + Perish song. We only have to be concerned about dark type mons, farigiraf, tsareena, aromatisse for their anti priority/prankster abilities. Fast ground types can be difficult too. (garchomp mostly). Ghost types and switchout Mons. -> Win Conditions -> Mix of Perish Song, Disable/Encore, Toxic I like to scout with protect M Gengar turn 1, play fakeout on the setup, and then lock down the threat with sableye's disable/encore. When they are non-threats we perish song and protect. Changelog: -> Swapped Lopunny (klutz, entrainment, fakeout, encore, protect) for Incineroar for Ghost + Dark + Steel MU, and to handle Farigiraf/Tsareena abilities that shut down prankster. Incineroar invests in atk to guaranteed ohko basc, metagross, kingambit, Gholdengo.. -> Swapped Pelipper (soak, tailwind, protect, wideguard) for Final Gambit Staraptor to patch up any loose threats.
